In short

What is credit control?

Making sure customers pay what they owe, on time. I track your unpaid invoices, send reminders before and after they fall due, and follow up the overdue ones on your behalf, so cash comes in faster and you avoid chasing people you would rather keep on good terms with.

Questions

Credit control, asked and answered.

Something else on your mind? Ask me directly. I reply within 1 business day.

Will chasing damage my customer relationships?

Handled well, the opposite. A consistent, polite process is easier on everyone than an awkward call from the owner after months of silence.

Can I charge interest on late payments?

For business-to-business invoices, the law lets you claim statutory interest and a fixed compensation amount on late payments. Whether it is worth doing depends on the customer, and I can advise case by case.

What does it cost?

From £50 a month, depending on the number of invoices and customers.
