I’m Lewis Wright, the owner of The Wright Books Limited. I’m a qualified accountant with almost ten years of experience who’s dedicated to delivering the best financial solutions for your small business.

I work alongside you virtually, acting as your own personal accounts team through cloud-based accounting software. I can work at a distance, so you can continue what you do with limited interruption.
Bookkeeping Services

Raising the invoices for the products or services you provide and sending these out to your customers.
Or, adding already generated sales invoices to a copy of cloud-based accounting software.

Adding the bills for the products or services you buy to a copy of accounting software.
Then, I provide you with a payment list of what needs to be paid. Making sure bills are paid on time but also optimised for their payment terms.

Every month, I match the transactions within your bank accounts to the transactions within the accounting software.
Checking for any differences to make sure your books are complete.

I will make sure your sales invoices are paid in a timely manner by your customers to help you manage your cash flow.

Calculating the net pay due to your employees after taking into account all deductions and reimbursement of expenses.

Filing with Companies House.

Calculating the corporation tax arising on the taxable profits of your company.
The completion of all relevant HMRC returns.

Preparing your Self Assessment tax returns.
These are required to declare your personal income (Salary & Dividends) for the year.

Preparing a summary of accounting data, including a profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and sales analysis.

A rolling 13-week transactional cashflow forecast delivered via a clear & comprehensive report.

Preparing quarterly or annual VAT Returns for your approval, before being filed by yourself or on your behalf.
